Violations—such as using multiple accounts, bonus abuse or fraudulent deposits—may result in account suspension or closure. We'll notify you of the breach and give you a chance to respond before permanent action. Funds may be forfeited if fraud is confirmed.

If a deposit or withdrawal fails, contact support with your transaction ID. We investigate within 48 hours. For gameplay disputes—a payout you believe was incorrect—we review game logs and RNG records. Escalation to independent arbitration is available if you remain unsatisfied.
